Descriptions of search functions and operations

This website offers four different search functions: Full text search, Classification search, Sitemap and Menu search. Instructions for Full text search and Classification search are provided below.

I. Full text search

Enter the key word of your search into the input field and perform a search. Please be reminded that this search function only returns results that are 100% identical to the key word and does not perform fuzzy or other formats of comparison.
The scope of search includes webpage titles and contents. To illustrate, the following image shows the results (webpage titles, default key words and contents that contain the key words of “health insurance”) that will show up when you enter “health insurance” in the search field.
Full-Text Search Example

II. Classification search

Classification search is further divided into three types:Themes, Implementations and Services.
You may click on any of the three icons that correspond to the three types of classification on top of the page; webpage titles and relevant information will be displayed in a hierarchical layout in a list.

(I) Themes – categorizes information related to the general public and public servants.
(II) Implementations – categorizes information related to public servants.
(III) Services – user service oriented; categorizes information related to the general public from their perspective.

Simply click on “Site Map” at the upper right hand corner of the site to proceed to the site map page.
